We produced the APPLAUS 2021 as a hybrid event from  „Säälchen am Holzmarkt“ in Berlin on behalf of  Initiative Musik and were also commissioned to develop a website & create the overall new design (logo was already existing)

The aim was, to create a unique, entertaining show and transfer the physical event into a live streaming experience without public audience due to the pandemic. We developed and built the run of show and the entire creative concept. As well the full production of the event was up to us and was developed by our team in close coordination with Initiative Musik.

The APPLAUS 2021 awards were presented in three categories with prize money of up to 50,000 euros. A total of 2.6 million euros were available.In each category, several award winners were honored.

In each main category, there is an additional non-endowed prize for a main award winner with the title „Venue or Program or Program Series of the Year“.

Prominent guests like the Minister of  State for Culture & Media Mrs. Monika Grütters presented the APPLAUS Award live on stage and live bands like LIUN + The Science Fiction Band, Betterov and Umme Block performed.
