The very first Future of Festivals took place on November 25th & 26th 2021 at ARENA Berlin.

With a strong team of four production managers, we've been running the production office of the event to support the main production by URBENO during set-up, show, and dismantling.

Together with our amazing helping hands and in close coordination with team URBENO we made sure that all contractors were taken care of, that the crew coordination went smoothly, and to help out wherever needed.

Next to the production office, we sent our stage managers to coordinate two of the festival stages and to take care of the speakers. On top of that, one of our team members was also on board to handle the event's social media and PR.

Our team was also very excited to coordinate the evening events on Friday and Saturday night. From arranging the artist liaison, preparing the backstage areas, and making the artists feel welcome to the general production of the evening event.
