On behalf of our fellow agency Pacific Entertainment Media GmbH from Munich and their cooperation with Axel Springer, Red7 and Rollingstone – we worked as Artist Relations Team for the International Music Award at the Verti Music Hall in Berlin.
We coordinated all artist logistics around travel, hotels, red carpet, show, rehearsal, backstage management, on-site support, VIP handling, shuttle coordination, etc.
With a strong execution team onsite, we ensured a smooth running of the show and a discreet & professional handling of the artists.
