For the Berliner Präventionstag 2024, we not only managed the event production but also provided comprehensive graphic design and stage design support to ensure a cohesive visual identity throughout. Our design approach focused on effectively communicating the event’s key messages and reinforcing its theme.

We started by developing the existing key visual of the Berliner Präventionstag and fully integrating it into the overall design. To further enhance the event’s visibility, we created a dedicated design that encapsulated the theme “Geschlecht und Gewalt – Vielfalt ermöglichen, Gewaltursachen bekämpfen” and aligned with the event’s mission.

Our team designed a wide range of materials to create a seamless experience for attendees, including the program booklet, menu cards, public floor plans, signage, wayfinding materials, branded giveaways, posters, decorative elements, and digital screens. These elements were all carefully crafted to ensure clarity, coherence, and an engaging visual experience across the event space. We also designed the stage, integrating the key visual and branding to create an impactful and visually cohesive focal point for the event.

To complement the on-site materials, we created social media graphics and promotional content that helped communicate the event’s core messages to a broader audience, ensuring its reach and visibility.

In addition to the graphic design elements, we produced a video explaining the Istanbul Convention to enhance understanding of its importance and application, as well as an aftermovie capturing the event’s highlights. We also created live stream graphics to enhance the virtual experience and coordinated event photography to document the day.

Through these efforts, we created a visually engaging and unified experience that strengthened the event’s messaging and aligned with its core mission, ensuring that the Berliner Präventionstag 2024 left a lasting impression on all involved.
